Hi, I'm Pradeep. I run Textify.tools. These are the rules for using the site. I've kept them short and in plain English so you don't need a law degree to read them.

By using Textify.tools, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Questions? Email me at contact@textify.tools.

1. What this site is

Textify.tools is a collection of free browser-based tools — word counters, formatters, converters, image tools, PDF tools, and more. All tools run locally in your browser using JavaScript and, where needed, WebAssembly. Your files and text are not uploaded to my servers.

There's no signup, no account, and no cost. The site is supported by ads (through Mediavine).

2. Using the site

You can use Textify.tools for personal or commercial work. But please don't:

  • Break the law or use the tools for anything illegal.
  • Try to overload, hack, or disrupt the site or its servers.
  • Use bots or scrapers to hammer the site in a way that hurts other users.
  • Pretend to be someone else, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
  • Process content that's illegal, harmful, or violates someone else's rights. I can't see your files, but I expect responsible use.

If you violate these rules, I may block your access.

3. Your content stays yours

Anything you type, paste, or upload into the tools belongs to you. I claim no ownership over your text, images, PDFs, or any output you create. Since everything runs in your browser, I never even see it.

You're responsible for making sure you have the right to process whatever content you put into the tools.

4. What belongs to me

The Textify.tools name, logo, site design, original code, and written content are mine. Please don't copy, republish, or rebrand them without asking first. If you want to link to the site or share it, go right ahead — that's always welcome.

5. No warranties

The site and all tools are provided "as is" and "as available." I don't promise that:

  • The tools will always work perfectly or be error-free.
  • The results will be accurate or fit your specific needs.
  • The site will be available 100% of the time (servers go down, things break).

You use the site at your own risk. Always keep your own backups of important files.

6. Limits on my liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, I'm not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that come from using — or being unable to use — the site. This includes data loss, lost profits, or any other losses, even if I've been told such damage is possible.

Because all processing happens in your browser, I have no way to recover any file or text you lose. Please back up your work.

7. Ads and third-party services

I show ads through Mediavine to cover hosting and development costs. Mediavine and its partners may collect data as described in their own privacy policies. For visitors in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and some US states, a consent banner appears first — no tracking cookies for ads get set until you agree.

I also use Google Analytics to understand site traffic. The site links to other websites sometimes. I'm not responsible for what those sites do — check their terms and privacy policies before using them.

8. If you cause a problem

If your use of the site causes someone to make a claim against me (for example, because you processed content you didn't have the right to use), you agree to cover any resulting losses, costs, or legal fees. Basically: don't use my site to do things that get me sued.

9. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. When I do, I'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, I'll add a note on the homepage. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, where I'm based. If there's a dispute, it will be handled under Indian law.
