4. Intellectual Property

The Textify.tools name, design, and code belong to us. You keep full ownership of the text you type and generate. We don't claim any rights to your content — especially since we never see it.

5. How the Tools Work (And What We Can't Guarantee)

All processing happens in your browser using JavaScript. We don't upload your text anywhere. While we work hard to keep everything running smoothly, we can't promise the tools will be flawless in every situation. Outputs might vary based on your browser, device, or input. We're continually improving, but some things are beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Textify.tools and its team won't be liable for any damages or losses that might result from using (or not being able to use) the site. That includes any indirect, incidental, or consequential issues. You use the tools at your own discretion.
